Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, announced the launch of investment opportunities in Al-Baha Region to turn it into an attractive tourist destination, Al-Hogail said in a tweet on his official Twitter account that the Al-Baha Region Municipality has launched the first phase (expression of interest) for unique investment opportunities in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism to promote “Summer in Al-Baha 2021.”
Al-Hogail explained that these opportunities will be implemented by the private sector as part of efforts to improve the quality of life in the region and make it an attractive tourist destination. The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs stated that the contract term is up to 5 years, while the expression of interest phase runs from June 15, 2021, to June 29.
