The Enforcement and Liquidation Center has announced the holding of several auctions: In-person and online auctions, and direct sales via (sealed envelopes).
The auctions are: «Makarem Real Estate Auction», which offers 32 investment opportunities of commercial and residential properties with a total area of approximately 27 thousand square meters in the city of Riyadh, direct sale of «Al Rawabi Properties», which are residential properties with an area of more than 11 thousand square meters in Makkah, «Khamis Mushait Auction», which offers one investment opportunity represented by a residential land in Khamis Mushait Governorate, in addition to the «Ain Al Dalam Auction» held on residential and agricultural land with an area of more than 34 thousand square meters.
The Center seeks through these auctions to preserve the values of the assets offered for liquidation, which is supervised by the technically competent authorities from the private sector; the Center supervises in-person, electronic, and video auctions, in addition to closed envelope auctions as in «Al Rawabi Properties»; with a variety of marketing options for service providers from sales agents and marketing service providers, increasing the chances of successful sales and thus preserving asset values and accelerating the fulfillment of rights.
The Assignment and Liquidation Center was established as one of the National Transformation Programs with the aim of supervising all sales and liquidation works assigned to it from judicial, governmental or private sector entities, by assigning them to the private sector in a transparent and competitive manner, which contributes to preserving asset values, accelerating the process of fulfilling rights, and achieving the judicial and economic value it undertakes.
The Assignment and Liquidation Center was established as one of the National Transformation Programs.
