Sera Holding Group announced the signing of a major hotel development agreement with “Kaden Investment”; to establish a joint venture for the management and development of mid-scale hotels as part of a number of projects being developed by “Kaden Investment” in Saudi Arabia.

In a statement, “Sera” explained that “Riyadh Front” will see the launch of the first hotels it plans to develop under this agreement.

“Kaden Investment” is developing a number of projects in the Saudi real estate sector, most notably “Riyadh Front” and ”The Logistics Park.”

“Sera” noted that the new joint venture will become one of the leading players in the hospitality sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The hotel will be strategically located within Riyadh Front, which houses the business district—a major complex dedicated to international and local institutions.

The hotel will also be surrounded by major projects, including a residential neighborhood currently under construction by Roshen, the National Real Estate Development Company, and a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund.
