The Enforcement and Liquidation Center (”Infaẓ“) announced that it will hold several in-person and online auctions.
The auctions include the ”Upper Riyadh Auction,” which features 16 investment opportunities in real estate ranging from residential and commercial land to shops and stores in prime locations in the Al-Marqab, Al-Bat’ha, Umm Salim, Al-Amal, and Al-Rabwah, with a total area of approximately 23,000 square meters in the city of Riyadh, and the ”Jeddah Mazaya Online Auction,” which features 10 investment opportunities consisting of several residential properties with a total area of approximately 7,000 square meters in the city of Jeddah, and the ”Mecca Wealth Online Auction,” which features 17 investment opportunities consisting of residential and commercial land totaling over 67,000 square meters in the Makkah region, as well as the ”Al-Dawadmi Online Auction,” featuring six residential and agricultural opportunities covering an area of approximately 2 million square meters.
These online auctions showcase numerous investment opportunities for investment entities and business investors; they are characterized by the ease of bidding and accessibility from anywhere, as well as the convenience of completing sales and purchase procedures electronically without the need to be physically present.
These auctions are conducted under the supervision of the Enforcement and Liquidation Center (”Enfaaz“), which is responsible for overseeing all sales and liquidation proceedings assigned to it by judicial, government, or private-sector entities, by assigning them to the private sector in a fully transparent and competitive manner, thereby helping to preserve asset values, expedite the process of enforcing rights, and achieve the legal and economic value that the Center is tasked with ensuring.
