The Enforcement and Liquidation Center (”Infaẓ”) announced the holding of the “Taiba Online Land Auction,” which will run from Tuesday, July 13, 2021, through Thursday, July 15,7, 2021, via the electronic auction platform. The auction will feature two agricultural plots, residential lots, several villas, residential and commercial buildings, and a gas station, with a total area exceeding 172,000 square meters.
The Center has overseen several auctions this week, including the “East Riyadh Auction,” which featured nine investment opportunities in real estate ranging from residential and commercial land, as well as shops and stores in prime locations in neighborhoods in eastern Riyadh, with a total area of approximately 511,000 square meters, and the “Fursah Auction,” which featured 5 residential properties with a total area of approximately 350,000 square meters in the governorates of Al-Bukayriyah and Ayun Al-Jawa, as well as the “Dammam Elite Auction” , which featured 16 residential and agricultural opportunities covering an area of approximately 8,000 square meters in the city of Dammam, and the “Tabuk Auction,” which featured seven residential properties covering an area of approximately 7,000 square meters in the city of Tabuk.
The Support and Liquidation Center “Enfaaz” is the specialized center of expertise responsible for overseeing the liquidation of real estate and movable assets entrusted to it for sale by judicial authorities, the private sector, or private estates, by appointing experts and service providers from entities specializing in appraisal, marketing, property management, security, and inventory, and by listing them on the electronic platform (infath.sa) in a fully transparent and competitive manner, thereby helping to preserve asset values, expedite the process of enforcing rights, and realize the legal and economic value for which the Center is responsible.
