Engineer Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti, CEO of the National Housing Company, stressed that major residential suburbs receive great attention from the wise leadership, as Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman ordered the allocation of an additional 20 million square meters to the Al-Jawan suburb north of Riyadh.

During his speech during the second quarter of 2021 Residential Forum, he added that the company reached the signing of 18 partnership agreements during the first half of this year, which resulted in pumping more than 12 thousand housing units into the market, and the projects under construction reached more than 107 projects providing more than 113 thousand diverse housing units with a value of more than 72 billion riyals, in partnership with 71 qualified real estate developers.
Al-Batti pointed out that affordable housing projects exceeded 43 projects providing 13 thousand housing units in various regions of the Kingdom, while developed lands amounted to more than 300 million square meters at a cost of 9 billion riyals in 183 projects.
The CEO of the company expressed his pride and his colleagues in their role in pioneering the real estate supply system, partnership and empowering their partners in developing residential suburbs with vibrant communities, adding that the company is currently developing 7 major residential suburbs that exceed 53 million square meters and provide more than 134 thousand housing units that meet the aspirations of the beneficiaries of the housing program.

About the "Masharqiya" project, Al-Batti said that it is a matter of pride as it was achieved with the cooperation of everyone as one of the advanced options offered by the company within its various projects that witnessed a demand from the beneficiaries and gave them the opportunity to participate in the details of the project.
<Al-Batti stressed the importance of facilitating dealing with beneficiaries and making their journey to owning their own housing easy and comfortable, as National Housing provided new services and made them available on the Sakany platform and application, including the real estate market, partners' portal, engineering supervision, and data investment. The platform also provides off-plan sales products that provide more than 113 projects that provide more than 142,000 housing units, as well as lands whose number of plans reached 355 plans that provide more than 158,000 plots, as well as engineering designs that provide more than 35 designs, indicating the service of more than 57,000 beneficiaries through comprehensive Sakani centers in Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar.
