The Madinah Region Secretariat invited volunteer teams to attend an informational meeting and participate in the “Eliminating Visual Disturbances,” which it is implementing during this period. The session highlighted the main issues the campaign focuses on, the most important of which are: “public cleanliness—street excavations—dilapidated sidewalks—streetlights—excavation barriers.”
Discussions also took place regarding the main challenges faced by volunteer teams while working with the Secretariat. With the participation of the volunteer teams, a plan was developed for the “Visual Disturbances” campaign was prepared, incorporating convenient times for male and female volunteers while providing opportunities for specialized media teams to monitor and document the efforts.
It was also proposed that these meetings be held on a regular and ongoing basis, either in person or online. The meeting took place in the auditorium of the Amana Club Academy in the Madinah region, with more than twenty-four volunteer teams in attendance.
