The Ministry of Commerce announced today (Sunday) that approval has been granted to extend the rectification period and to implement the regulations for rectifying the status of violators of the Anti-Fronting Law for an additional six months.
The Ministry clarified that the rectification period, which ends on February 16, 2022, is an opportunity to take advantage of its benefits and be exempt from the law’s penalties and their consequences.
