Saudi Arabia's 2022 budget indicators: revenues 903 billion riyals, expenditures 955 billion riyals

The Ministry of Finance revealed preliminary indicators regarding Saudi Arabia's 2022 budget, which indicated that the expected public expenditures will reach 955 billion riyals, while the volume of revenues will be 903 billion riyals, with a deficit of 52 billion riyals.

<Commenting on this, Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan said: The government will continue to spend on major projects and programs to achieve the vision through 2022 in a way that contributes to achieving the desired returns. <The Minister of Finance stressed that the privatization program aims to increase the contribution of the private sector to GDP from 1.40TP3T to 1.65TP3T by 2030. <Al-Jadaan stated that the actual performance indicators for the 2021 budget confirm that the structural reforms and the government's initiatives and programs are moving steadily towards achieving the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
