As part of its efforts to develop the notary service and facilitate notarization processes, the Ministry of Justice announced the availability of new services, including financial declarations and the expansion of property emptying to include emptying the properties of beneficiaries of the “Residential” program, to save time and effort and improve the services provided to beneficiaries.
The ministry explained that the financial declarations service allows beneficiaries to document the receipt of financial amounts such as the payment of the deposit, project clearance, seeking and other documentary operations, while sub-services have been added to document the emptying of real estate, which is the emptying of a property for housing program beneficiaries, where notaries can empty it for the beneficiaries of the ministry's programs.
For its part, Thiqa, the technical partner and operator of the notary service, has provided the electronic payment feature for beneficiaries when approving one of the offers provided by the notaries in the application through the invoice payment service, to facilitate the procedures and services provided.
Back to the Ministry, it confirmed that the notary service aims to facilitate individuals and establishments to benefit from the same services provided through notaries, by making them available at any time and from anywhere with high quality and short time, indicating that the notary service provides many notarial services, including issuing or revoking powers of attorney, documenting company contracts, as well as correcting deeds, through licensed notaries from the Ministry of Justice located throughout the Kingdom, and the beneficiary can request the notarial service through the website mwathiq. The notary service is one of the most prominent services that the Ministry of Justice has assigned to the private sector with the technical partner Thiqa in order to facilitate the procedures of the notarization process for beneficiaries and in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
