The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, based on the powers granted to him by law, approved the addition of paragraphs (64, 65, 66 and 67) to the table of violations and the corresponding penalties listed in paragraph (1) of item (I) of Ministerial Decision No. (178743).
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and the Ministry's website, and shall be effective from 13/2/1443 AH, and the decision indicated that the Deputy Minister for Work shall take the necessary measures to notify and implement this decision.

According to the Umm Al-Qura newspaper, the decision came after reviewing the provisions of Article 11 bis of the Labor Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/51) dated 23/8/1426H, amended by Royal Decree No. (M/24) dated 12/5/1434H, amended by Royal Decree No. (M/1) dated 22/1/1435H, amended by Royal Decree No. (M/46) dated 5/6/1436H, amended by Royal Decree No. (M/46) dated 5/6/1436H, and amended by Royal Decree No. Royal Decree No. (M/14) dated 22/2/1440H, amended by Royal Decree No. (M/134) dated 27/11/1440H, amended by Royal Decree No. (M/5) dated 7/1/1442H, and after reviewing Ministerial Resolution No. (105576) dated 7/1/1442H Ministerial Resolution No. (105576) dated 7/6/1442 AH, and the schedule of violations and penalties issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (178743) dated 27/9/1440 AH, as amended by Ministerial Resolution No. (146377) dated 7/9/1441 AH.
