This process consists of three steps: (receiving the decision from the call center and submitting it to the program – approval of the decision by the General Real Estate Authority – forwarding the approved decision from the director to the Enforcement Court).

Additionally, the program approves maintenance and operations companies after a profile is created, allowing them to display their data and services to homeowners” associations. The platform also provides job opportunities for property managers and maintenance and operations companies in the fields of security, safety, maintenance, and building management by enabling them to offer their services to registered associations.
