Royal Prince Khalid Al-Faisal His Highness listened to an explanation from the Governor of the Authority about the tasks and roles of the committees for reviewing applications for real estate ownership formed from 6 government sectors: the Ministries of Interior, Justice, Environment, Water and Agriculture, Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Finance, in addition to the General Authority for State Property.
The General Secretariat of the review committees, in coordination with more than 13 entities, is working on completing the shortcomings and matching information, in addition to reviewing the stages of studying applications and the role of the digital platform of «Ihkam» in receiving applications to facilitate services for beneficiaries and enable them to submit their applications and follow up on what has been done about them digitally.
Bafaqih thanked the Emir of Makkah for the support that the Authority receives in its work and programs, noting the existing cooperation between the Emirate of Makkah and the State Real Estate Authority in order to accomplish the work.
