In the presence of the governor of the General Authority for State Real Estate Ihsan Bafqih, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of the Makkah Region, presented a number of citizens with their real estate deeds for properties in the region at the Emirate’s headquarters in Jeddah.
His Highness listened to an explanation from the Authority’s governor regarding the tasks and roles of the committees reviewing applications for real estate ownership submitted by six government sectors: the Ministries of (Interior, Justice, Environment, Water, and Agriculture; Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing; Finance; as well as the General Authority for State Real Estate).
The General Secretariat of the Review Committees works in coordination with more than 13 entities to address deficiencies and verify information, in addition to reviewing the stages of application processing, and the role of the «Ihkam» digital platform in receiving applications to facilitate services for beneficiaries and enable them to submit their applications and track their status digitally.
Bafqih expressed his gratitude to the Governor of the Makkah Region for the support the Authority receives in its work and programs, noting the ongoing cooperation between the Makkah Region Governorate and the State Real Estate Authority to accomplish these tasks.
