The Saudi Council of Engineers launched the “Documentation of Model Contracts” service, which enables individuals and organizations to document their contracts with engineering service providers electronically without any fees in order to continuously improve its services to reach advanced levels of performance to enhance the environment of the engineering sector in the Kingdom.

Engineer Abdulnasser Al-Abdullatif, Secretary General of the Saudi Council of Engineers pointed out that this step was taken in cooperation with relevant authorities will greatly contribute to raising the efficiency of engineering transactions and provide professional advantages, most notably reducing disputes and disputes by documenting contracts and ensuring the commitment of both parties, increasing reliability and transparency, preserving the rights of contractors, facilitating contract documentation and standardizing the form of contracts to ensure their development and sustainability and towards the development of services in the engineering sector.
