“Tasawe” and “Namaa Real Estate” have signed an agreement to develop the infrastructure for the “Dana Al-Bandari” project, located in Al-Hofuf in the heart of Al-Ahsa. The agreement stipulates that  “Tasawe” to develop the infrastructure, conduct the necessary studies, and obtain the required permits and approvals from the relevant authorities.

The infrastructure development works include land grading, road construction and paving, as well as electrical, water, sanitation, and lighting works.

Namaa Real Estate Company, owned by Hussein bin Mohammed Al-Baqshi, the owner of the project, is one of the real estate companies with a significant presence in Al-Ahsa Governorate.

It is worth noting that Tasawi has developed numerous residential and industrial projects in the Riyadh and Eastern regions and is currently working on another portfolio of high-quality projects, thereby contributing to the development of diverse and high-quality real estate projects that leave a mark on the real estate market.
