The Enforcement Center is reviewing 58 real estate opportunities through its supervision of 6 online and in-person public auctions, held on properties in different regions of the Kingdom, between February 15-20.

The properties offered are commercial, residential and agricultural lands, villas, buildings and commercial complexes, in 4 different cities and governorates in the Kingdom, and the auctions start with the Durrat Al-Kharj electronic auction, which is held on 8 different properties in Al-Kharj governorate, then the Makseb electronic real estate auction held on 13 properties in the Makkah region. Then the Khamis Mushait and Al Mujarada electronic auction, which is held on 7 properties in Khamis Mushait and Al Mujarada governorates, the Fourth Address Urban Auction, which is held on 5 properties in Riyadh city, the Durrat Al Rabwa electronic auction, which is held on a real estate opportunity in Riyadh city, and the Forsa Urban Auction, which is held on 24 different real estate opportunities in Riyadh city.
