The residential sector accounted for about 70 percent of these deeds that were updated to the comprehensive system, followed by commercial with 30 percent, and according to data issued by the Ministry of Justice seen by "Al-Eqtisadiya", the Riyadh region acquired the highest percentage of updated deeds estimated at about 28.4 percent, equivalent to 70,642 updated real estate deeds.

The service of requesting to update the real estate deed to an electronic deed is to upload the request with the image of the deed electronically with other documents through the justice portal, and when the request is completed, a message is sent to the beneficiary to receive his electronic deed.
