The Support and Liquidation Center “Enforcement” has announced the holding of five public auctions featuring real estate properties in cities and governorates across various regions of the Kingdom from March 20 to 23, 2022.

The auctions will feature 20 properties, including commercial and residential land, villas, and buildings covering an area of 180,000 square meters. The auctions will begin with the “Opportunities in Mecca 2” online auction, featuring a unique real estate opportunity, followed by the “Jawaher Al-Wash”, featuring two real estate opportunities in Shaqra; the “Rehab Al-Sharqiyah” online auction, featuring a real estate opportunity in Hafar Al-Batin; the “Al-Raqi” in-person auction, featuring two properties in Riyadh; and the “Jawhara Al-Rayyan” in-person auction, featuring 14 properties in Riyadh.
