The Cabinet approved the amendment of the organization of the Public Authority for Real Estate.
First: Replace the definition of (CEO: CEO of the Authority) with the definition of (Governor: Governor of the Authority) in Article (I).
Secondly: Amend subparagraph (a) of paragraph (1) of Article (IV) to read as follows: “a. Chief Executive Officer.”
Third: Replace the word “Governor” in paragraph (11) of Article (V) and paragraph (8) of Article (VI) with the words "Chief Executive Officer".
Fourth: Amend Article (VIII) to read as follows: "The Authority shall have a Chief Executive Officer who shall be appointed and dismissed by a decision of the Council based on the nomination of the President, and the decision shall specify his remuneration and other financial benefits."
Fifth: Amend the chest of Article (9) to read as follows: "The Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for the management of the Authority, and his responsibilities shall be concentrated within the limits stipulated by the organization and what the Board decides, and in particular he shall exercise the following powers and tasks: ...", and amending the deficit of the same article to read as follows: "The Chief Executive Officer may delegate some of his powers to whomever he deems appropriate from the Authority's staff." <Sixth: Amend Article (Thirteen Bis) to read as follows: "The Authority's employees are subject to the provisions of the Labor Law and the Social Insurance Law."
