Court documents, enforcement requests, and real estate screening services are the most requested services

The Najiz Centers Program, affiliated with the Ministry of Justice, has brought about a major transformation in the services provided by the Ministry through its three sectors (judiciary, enforcement, and documentation), as “Najiz” offers more than 120 judicial services, most notably the filing of complaints with all courts in the Kingdom (General, Personal Status, Commercial, Labor, and criminal courts) and the submission of enforcement requests (commercial documents, court judgments, and standard contracts) for an unlimited number of requests. The centers also provide notary services for real estate, power of attorney, and declarations.

The «Amlak Al-Aqaria» newspaper conducted an interview with Engineer Khalid Rashid bin Talib, Director of the Najiz Centers Program, to learn more about the program:

● The program is considered one of the most important and vital initiatives addressing a service everyone needs. Tell us about the program’s vision and mission?

To provide exceptional legal services that enhance the beneficiary experience and increase satisfaction with the Ministry of Justice’s services in both the business and individual sectors, through integrated services, a specialized Saudi legal team, and the provision of the latest technologies to streamline operations. 

● Tell us about the number of beneficiaries of the program’s most important services?

Over the course of one year, the centers served more than 70,000 beneficiaries, with enforcement services accounting for the largest share of beneficiaries at 51%, Judicial services came in second at 26%, while notary services accounted for 23% of the centers" total services.

● How many centers are there currently, and where are they located?

The main center is currently located in the Al-Malqa district of Riyadh, where the central administration and the centers" audit team are based.

Three branches have also been opened: in Jeddah (Al-Khalidiyah), Dammam (Al-Faisaliyah), and Al-Ula.

● What are the most requested services from the program, and how long does it take to process a request?

The most requested services are court documents, enforcement requests, and real estate screening services.

The average service delivery time at the centers is 15 minutes.

● What are the most prominent services that Najiz centers offer to real estate professionals?

The centers provide services to the business sector, including fast, distinctive, and impactful services that facilitate the completion of work, such as same-day sorting and registration, which expedite processes. The center also provides all notary services and the registration of deeds exceeding 10,000 m./p>

The center also assigns a dedicated account manager to each partner, contributing to exceptional service and rapid responsiveness throughout the day.

● What has the center added to the real estate sector and its investors?

The center has contracted with several real estate companies to provide their real estate services within the center, which has contributed to streamlining their procedures, serving their clients, and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.

● What is the expected turnaround time for real estate services?

For individuals, the average service time does not exceed 15 minutes. For companies, transactions are completed on the same day and in the required quantities.

● How satisfied are service recipients with the services provided?

Praise be to God, the satisfaction rate for the centers" services is 96.1%.
