Under the supervision of the Enforcement and Liquidation Center ”Enfaẓ” and by order of the Enforcement Court, Dar Al-Qiyas Auction House announced that it will organize “Masharef Makkah” online auction to sell a collection of properties in the Holy City of Makkah, which are characterized by strategic and promising locations. The auction will open on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, corresponding to September 11, 1443 AH, at 10:00 a.m. and will end on Sunday, April 17,2022, corresponding to 16/09/1443 AH, from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., on the “Saudi Auctions” platform.
The auction features seven properties (villas, apartment buildings, and a traditional house), with uses ranging from residential to commercial and office, located in the neighborhoods of Al-Hindawiyah, Al-Omrah, Al-Salam, Al-Aziziyah, Al-Nuzhah, and Mahallah Al-Ma’abadah.
