The “Sakani” program stated that the number of families who have moved into their homes by taking advantage of housing and financing solutions during the last quarter reached 55,000 households, while 46,904 households benefited from the housing options and services that were offered.

The program explained that Saudi families“ choices varied between the subsidized mortgage loan for purchasing ready-built housing units—which more than 18,000 families took advantage of among the diverse options offered by ”Sakani“ offers to beneficiaries, while the remaining households preferred the self-build option, residential land within ”Sakani" developments, and subsidized mortgage loans for the purchase of residential units under construction.

The ”Sakani“ program announced that more than 225,000 Saudi families benefited from it during 2021, of which more than 186,000 families have moved into their homes. ”Sakani” aims to benefit 180,000 families from various financing and housing options and solutions in 2022, including 130,000 families who will move into their homes, and to provide 100,000 subsidized loans.
