The Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing has warned all beneficiaries of compensation for the expropriation of real estate in Jeddah neighborhoods about fake accounts on the social media platform “Instagram” and a fake website claiming to accept applications, as well as contact numbers asking citizens to upload personal data and official documents related to individuals and properties.

The Ministry urged everyone to ensure they do not upload any personal files belonging to them in order to protect the privacy of their information, emphasizing that the Ministry’s official website.

The Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing urged everyone to exercise caution and avoid dealing with suspicious or untrustworthy individuals and websites, It also confirms that all compensation processes resulting from the removal of informal settlements in Jeddah are carried out through a specific mechanism previously explained by the Jeddah Provincial Secretariat, noting that applications are accepted via the Jeddah Municipality’s website.
