“Justice” completes 700 thousand electronic deeds during the first quarter

MoJ through the Nafez platform reached about 700 thousand electronic bonds during the first quarter of 2022, for individuals and companies.

It contributes to reviewing execution deeds electronically, in addition to saving them from damage and loss, reducing execution disputes related to the allegation of forgery of the executive deed, incentivizing payment through early notification to the debtor, before transferring the deed to the court, and enabling thousands of beneficiaries, whether individuals or companies, to create, save and manage execution deeds electronically.
