The Ministry of Justice announced that the number of old manual deeds that were updated to the comprehensive system “electronic deed” reached 359.79 thousand real estate deeds since the beginning of the current Hijri year until now, at an average of approximately 1186 deeds per day, and the residential sector accounted for about 75% of these deeds, which occurred to the comprehensive system.

According to data issued by the Ministry of Justice, the Riyadh region acquired the highest percentage of updated deeds by 26.4 percent, equivalent to 94748 updated real estate deeds.
The Eastern Province came in second place with 54845 real estate instruments, followed by the Makkah region with 54612 instruments, Asir region with 32960, and Qassim region with 28309 real estate instruments updated to the comprehensive system.

The number of updated deeds in Hail region's writings reached 19349, followed by Medina region with 16667 deeds, Al-Jouf region with 16307, Jazan region with 11731 real estate deeds, Tabuk region with 8622, Al-Baha region with 8109, and Najran region with 7627 updated real estate deeds.

The notaries in the Northern Borders region recorded the lowest number of old manual deeds that were updated to the comprehensive system "electronic deed" with 5904 deeds converted to electronic since the beginning of the current Hijri year.
