The Jeddah Informal Settlements Committee has called on all beneficiaries to complete the procedures for receiving compensation, in cooperation with the Jeddah Municipality and the General Authority for State Property, through the Municipality’s Digital Portal, without the need to visit the Committee’s headquarters, which will continue to receive applications at its field office, Note that compensation for land owned with legal deeds will cover both the land and the rubble, while compensation for land not owned with legal deeds will cover only the rubble.

It is worth noting that the required documents are:

1- A copy of the deed or document.

2- Owner’s information and a copy of the ID in PDF format.

3- A copy of the agent’s national ID and a copy of the legal power of attorney.

4- A clear photograph of the entire building, if available.

5- A copy of the electricity and water bills.

6- The building clearance certificate number.

7- An aerial photo of the site, if available.

8- Bank account number (IBAN).

Certificates required from the following entities:

1- Saudi Electricity Company.

2- National Water Company.

3- Social Development Bank.

4- Agricultural Development Fund.

5- Real Estate Development Fund.
