The General Authority for State Real Estate set September 1 of this year as the date for receiving online requests from government agencies to provide their real estate needs (buildings - land).

The Authority confirmed that this step comes in response to the organization of the Authority issued by the Council of Ministers, which includes the development of an integrated electronic database with a geographic information system for state properties, and coordination with the relevant authorities in order to unify standards and specifications in accordance with best practices, as part of its digital transformation strategy.

It indicated that it has written to all entities of the government system, including ministries, authorities, centers and other entities, asking them to nominate specialists and representatives to attend a training workshop that enhances the capabilities of their specialists in dealing with electronic requirements and information, through which real estate requests will be made.

The Authority stressed that it is continuing to implement the digital transformation and automation of all its work, which will contribute to improving the experience of beneficiaries, enhancing the tools and mechanisms of regulation, supervision and control of state real estate, in addition to linking with all relevant authorities, achieving integration between them and the government system in light of the Kingdom's vision 2030.
