White Land Program data showed that more than 16 million m2 of developed white land that meets the criteria of Phase II of the fees are located in 21 residential neighborhoods in Riyadh city, representing more than 63% of the total areas registered after the first round of Phase II invoices were issued in 100 neighborhoods in Riyadh.

The program explained that the neighborhoods: (Al Narjis, Al Arid, Al Yasmin, Al Malqa, Tuwaiq, Qayrawan, Safa, Cordoba, Al Munsiyah, Hattin, Casablanca, Al Naseem Al Gharbi, Al Rabwa, Al Huda, Al Araija, Al Nada, Nimar, Nimar, Hazm, Al Salmaniyah in Diriyah, Al Nakheel, Al Aziziyah) These neighborhoods were the highest in terms of registered areas of developed land within the declared scope of the second phase of the fees, as these neighborhoods included developed white lands with areas of 200 thousand m2 and more, to which the second phase of white land fees applies.
