Handing over Housing Program 2,414 housing units for beneficiaries across 5 projects throughout the Kingdom, implemented in partnership with real estate developers, as a result of effective collaboration with the private sector through the Partnerships Program, which aims to provide diverse housing solutions and products that meet citizens" needs at competitive, subsidized prices, in pursuit of the goals of the Housing Program—one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 —by raising the homeownership rate to 70% by 2030.

Deliveries in 5 Cities

Specifically, the program has completed the delivery of 594 housing units to beneficiaries of the Al-Khamis Oasis project in the Al-Raqi neighborhood along King Abdullah Road, and450 residential villas for beneficiaries of the Sea View project in the city of Al-Khobar in its first phase, and530 residential villas for beneficiaries of the Loulou’at Al-Diyar project in Yanbu Governorate, and in the Mad Residential Project, 728 townhouse-style residential units were delivered in the Al-Wajha suburb of Dammam, and 112 residential units were delivered in the Al-Jawhara Buildings Project in Riyadh.
