Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing will organize, from 24 to 28 September 2022, the activities of the third edition of the exhibition (Distinguished Cities Projects in the Era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques) in Riyadh, with the participation of many entities in the public and private sectors, and the first forum accompanying the exhibition.

The exhibition and forum aim to highlight the major projects that the Kingdom is witnessing in the active partnership between the public and private sectors to develop and develop all regions, cities and governorates of the Kingdom, and highlight the successes achieved under the umbrella of Vision 2030 programs, to develop cities and increase their efficiency according to the standards of the Quality of Life Program, one of the Vision's programs, and make 3 Saudi cities among the best livable cities index.

The exhibition and forum aim to highlight the successes achieved under the umbrella of the Vision 2030 programs.

The exhibition highlights the reflection of the projects on the Kingdom's cities and their residents, in addition to reviewing the most important successful experiences and lessons learned, and looking ahead to the future of economic and investment opportunities in all regions and cities of the Kingdom, to minimize the environmental impact of cities and enhance the safety of residents and protect them from disasters.

The exhibition highlights the successes achieved under the umbrella of the programs of Vision 2030.

The exhibition and working sessions will address the most important challenges facing the development of the Kingdom's cities and creative solutions to them, in addition to ways to achieve sustainable and balanced urban development with healthy living, improve the quality of life in the Kingdom's cities and regions, develop systems, policies and regulations governing the work of the municipal and housing sectors to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery and automation, by identifying an effective mechanism for coordination between government agencies providing services to facilitate the journey of city residents in obtaining municipal and housing services.

The exhibition and working sessions will address the most important challenges facing the development of the Kingdom's cities and the creative solutions to them.

The agenda of the working sessions includes a number of themes on the impact of the vision initiatives on the Kingdom's cities, the future of economic and investment opportunities in its various regions and cities, sustainability in housing and the challenges facing the development of cities, ways to develop them and achieve urban development, sustainability of infrastructure and municipal services, and the development of smart cities.
