The 2015 Saudi Travel and Tourism Investment Forum will kick off next Sunday, March 29, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh Region and Chairman of the Region’s Tourism Development Council, and in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of the General Authority for Tourism and Antiquities, which is organizing the event.
The forum’s events will commence under the patronage of His Highness the Governor of the Riyadh Region at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday in the Buraydah Ballroom at the InterContinental Hotel in Riyadh, Conference sessions will be held in the Buraydah Ballroom at the InterContinental Hotel from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., while the exhibition will take place at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The forum is expected to discuss a number of issues, including tourism investment and financing, business tourism, antiquities and museums, investment in architectural heritage, investment in the tourism entertainment industry in the Kingdom, national tourism human resources, specialized tourism accommodations, in 12 specialized sessions featuring leading business figures, officials, experts, and specialists.
The exhibition will feature 26 lectures and scientific and training workshops, with five workshops taking place on Monday: Experiences in managing heritage and traditional restaurants («The Jordan Experience»), using online advertising for your facilities, how to leverage customer feedback to develop your project, how to market your tourism facilities online, and developing your tourism services at exhibitions and conferences.
