Amlak International Real Estate Finance Company has outlined its goals and priorities for providing jobs in a work environment suited to the Saudi workforce across various areas of the company, and for continuously working to increase the Saudization of jobs in fulfillment of the company’s national duty. This is part of its ongoing efforts to localize jobs and attract young Saudi talent, the company participated in the 19th Graduation and Job Fair organized by the Institute of Public Administration at the King Salman Conference Center, located at the Institute’s main campus in Riyadh, which was inaugurated under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of the Riyadh Region.
Saud Al-Shathri, Executive Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs, stated that during the fair, Amlak International began accepting job applications from graduating students through the online job submission service on its dedicated recruitment website, which allows all graduates to apply for the Recent Graduates Program. This program includes their employment and training through a series of tracks and training courses designed to develop graduates’ personal skills and practical experience, thereby familiarizing them with the company’s work environment, and its business sectors, and to provide them with a close-up view of the nature of work in all company departments and divisions, as well as the products and services offered, and to equip them with the necessary experience through direct integration into the work environment, so that they can subsequently be guided to join the appropriate sector in line with their aspirations and capabilities, and ultimately be prepared to assume leadership positions within the company.
