Rakaz Real Estate Company, the largest real estate developer in the Eastern Province, has completed its arrangements for the “Downtown Rakaz” project, in the central Khobar commercial area. With the aim of translating the qualitative demand in the tourism and retail investment sectors by developing a project that takes all the requirements of the current stage and the future growth of the Eastern Province.

Abdulmohsen bin Hassan Al-Qahtani, Vice Chairman of RIKAZ, said: Achieving the vision of Rekaz Company aimed at localizing quality real estate projects that serve, was the idea of the Downtown Rekaz project, which is located at the intersection of King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Road (Coastal Road) and Prince Faisal bin Fahd Road (Pepsi Street), which is considered one of the main entrances to Khobar, and the project, which includes 41 investment plots, is characterized by its proximity to all services and shops in addition to its location on the most important roads."
