King Abdullah Economic City has begun offering new real estate listings for 220 plots of land designated for villas in the «Al-Sahel» area of Al-Murooj district, with an average plot size of 900 square meters. Buyers will be able to choose from 20 designs ranging from Arabic to Spanish styles, which distinguish the Al-Murooj neighborhood as an upscale coastal destination with a Mediterranean character. The The events were launched at the «Jeddah Hilton» Hotel from April 9 to 12 and at the «Al-Faisaliah» Hotel in Riyadh from April 16 to 18, 2015.
The «Al-Sahel» area spans 280,000 square meters, overlooking the Red Sea directly near the 18-hole «Royal Greens» golf course.
