The Director of the Tourism Authority said that the region needs more than 30 tourist resorts due to the number of tourists who prefer resorts to hotels and hotel apartments, especially during the summer period.
<On this occasion, Abdulmohsen Al-Rashed, Chairman of Dana Bay Tourism Company, said that the company has sold more than 42,000 square meters to Al-Mustaqbal Securities Company to build and develop 20 chalets on different areas, Al-Rashed stressed their keenness to attract national companies specialized in developing tourism projects and holding partnerships and alliances with them to build chalets and operate some tourism facilities in Dana Bay and contribute to attracting tourists to the Eastern Province, which has become competitive with most Gulf and Arab countries in attracting tourists, noting that Dana Bay includes a number of hotels, resorts, entertainment projects, chalets and markets with the aim of creating an integrated tourist city.
