Al-Inmaa Investment Company organized a seminar titled “The Future of the Current Real Estate Market in Light of Recent Changes” The event was attended by a large number of Al-Inmaa Investment’s partners, businesspeople, investors, and those interested in real estate. Among those present were Saleh Abdullah Al-Hanaki, CEO of Al-Inmaa Investment, and Riyad Al-Thaqafi, CEO of Ewan International Housing, and Hani Al-Tamimi, Director of Consulting at Colliers, who opened the seminar by discussing the current state of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia’s major cities, drawing on recent statistics and data that highlighted the growing demand in those cities in both the residential and commercial sectors, as well as among individuals and investors.
During the seminar, Riyad Al-Thaqafi, CEO of Ewan International Housing, reviewed the experience of real estate developers in constructing large residential units, the differences between them and individual developers, and their role in providing residential units to meet the growing demand in themain market, He also spoke in detail about the impact of new regulatory decisions on the future of the real estate market in general and the extent to which they affect the volume of demand for residential units among individuals, in addition to the importance of offering distinctive real estate products by structuring them as real estate funds compliant with Capital Market Authority regulations and under the supervisionthe Authority. At the end of the seminar, the speakers responded to comments and questions from the guests, most of which focused on the current and future state of the real estate market in light of the Kingdom’s regulatory decisions regarding the real estate sector. They also addressed rumors that Al-Inmaa Investment Company and Ewan International Housing Company are in the process of forming a partnership to launch real estate funds in the near future.
