Makkah Oasis Development Company plans to auction 111 plots of land in the Makkah Oasis plan, which is strategically located 14 kilometers away from the Haram, and is in the middle of several approved plans in Makkah, namely Al Takhasoosi plan, Al Zaidi plan and Umm Al Joud plan, and is a mixed-use land of residential, commercial and service use.

Engineer Abdulrahman Al Khuraiji, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said that auctioning the lands comes at a time when the real estate market is witnessing a qualitative boom represented by important government support programs for individuals and real estate developers, which will have a great role in stabilizing prices and not inflating them.

Al Khuraiji also stated that the land area is considered one of the high-density areas, due to the completion of the system of primary services for the residents of the area such as water, electricity, drainage, telephone, schools, mosques in addition to commercial markets.
