<The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) announced that there are about 5,600 factories operating in the industrial cities supervised by MODON. Sami Al-Husseini, Director of Marketing and Public Relations Department at MODON, explained that MODON does not only target the industrial investor with financial solvency, but also pays special attention to entrepreneurs who own small and medium enterprises, adding: “This is a category that we bet a lot on their ideas, and we provide them with all the guidance to help them implement their projects, make them successful, and push them to the market.”

Husseini added. <Al-Husseini added: At the level of supporting women's work areas in the Kingdom, MODON is working to introduce a special industrial product for women through what is known as “MODON Oases”, which are industrial environments prepared for women's work, especially in light industries, and equipped with the most important services and facilities for women such as incubators, transportation and others, as the number of female workers in the main industrial cities reached 5480 workers, distributed in 132 factories in the main industrial cities Also, to support young entrepreneurs, the “Modon” campaign focused on introducing a special product for this category, namely industrial incubators, which are buildings with areas ranging from 165 m2 to 204 m2, equipped with facilities and services that make it easier for beginners to establish their industrial projects and reduce the cost of starting a business for small enterprises and link them with major companies aspiring to establish integrated industrial clusters in cities

Modon revealed other services that will enhance the infrastructure of industrial cities, such as ready-made warehouses that are leased as warehouses for industrialists to support the speed of their work, as well as investment lands, which are lands for real estate development as housing for workers and families, commercial buildings and offices.
