Forty of the leading real estate development, marketing, and housing companies have finalized their preparations to participate in the Restatex Jeddah Real Estate Exhibition, which will take place from October 10–13, 2022, at the Jeddah Convention and Events Center. A series of partnerships and deals will be concluded during the exhibition, including exclusive offers from participants.

Sponsored by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing

The exhibition is held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, with the participation of “Roshon” —a Public Investment Fund company—as well as most Saudi financing institutions, banks, and relevant government agencies.

Assessing demand and purchasing power

It highlights developments and updates in the Saudi real estate sector regarding residential and mixed-use commercial projects, trends, investments, and new companies added to its landscape—whether in real estate development or housing projects—as well as the market’s innovations in designs andcourtyards, features, and housing financing programs, as well as forecasting demand and purchasing power among prospective homebuyers. As the largest annual real estate event, it brings together all stakeholders in the real estate sector—including developers, marketers, financiers, investors, and buyers—under one roof, and aims to attract attendees from all segments of society.

Dialogues between officials, investors, and financiers

The exhibition is accompanied by a number of workshops that facilitate useful and constructive dialogues between government officials, investors, and real estate financiers, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the real estate sector’s performance. The workshops cover a range of topics related to the real estate sector, most notably immediate eligibility and real estate development mechanisms, housing packages and support, e-housing services, plan approval services, real estate brokerage, real estate appraisal, regulation, and development; the impact of partnerships between real estate service providers and municipalities; the impact of the Ejar network on the rental market; real estate registration; white land fees, the culture of coexistence in jointly owned properties, transformation and empowerment programs for real estate developers, and support and incentive pathways provided to landowners and real estate developers.
