The General Organization for Seawater Desalination has announced the start of procedures to expropriate properties located within the scope of the overhead line route project (380 kV) for the electrical substation at Al-Million Station in Jubail, in the Eastern Province.
The Authority has instructed property owners to visit its office in Riyadh and bring the following documents: a written request for expropriation and compensation including contact information; a copy of the property owner’s national ID; a copy of the property’s electronic title deed; a property plan prepared by an engineering firm accredited by the regional municipality and approved by the local municipality, a copy of a valid power of attorney, and a copy of the agent’s national ID (if applicable), a copy of the certificate of heirship, and a copy of the national ID of the heirs’ representative (if applicable).
