Swiss International and Al Sheeha Holding intend to reach 30 hotels within 5 years in Middle Eastern countries through a partnership contract between the two companies, to enter into a joint venture, development and representation contract, through which the two companies will form a new legal entity under the name “Swiss International Middle East” that will operate hotels in the Middle East including the GCC countries, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco and Algeria.

Naji Al Sheeha will lead the management team of the new company as CEO, with Mohammed Al Sheeha as CFO, Jamal Hamed as Chief Development Officer, and Ghazi Gharib as Chief Operating Officer. <Naji Al Sheeha will lead the management team of the new company as Chief Executive Officer with Mohammed Al Sheeha as Chief Financial Officer, Jamal Hamed as Chief Development Officer, and Ghazi Gharib as Chief Operating Officer.Under the terms of the agreement, the following hotels will be operated by Swiss International Middle East Swiss International Middle East: Swiss International Hotel Dammam, Swiss International Hotel Al Baha, Swiss Spirit Hotel Rimal Dammam, Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites Turaif, Swiss International Hotel Riyadh, in addition to a number of other hotels in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan and Egypt.
