Auction - The Attribution and Liquidation Center (Enforcement) announced Holding 11 public auctions, ranging from physical auctions and electronic auctions, to sell more than 90 properties in various regions of the Kingdom, between November 14 and 20 of this year.
The auctions start with the Val Real Estate Electronic Auction, which offers three properties in Jeddah governorate, then the South Highness Electronic Auction, which offers seven properties located in the Jazan and Asir regions, then the Sarawat South Electronic Auction, which offers 21 properties in the Asir and Makkah regions, then the South Electronic Auction, which is held on six properties in the Asir and Jazan regions, then the Al Hada Electronic Auction, which is held on 11 properties in the city of Taif, and the Al Huda Electronic Auction, which is held on 11 properties in the city of Taif, and the Al Huda Electronic Auction, which is held on 11 properties in the city of Taif. Taif city, then the King Fahd Road View Auction, which offers 11 properties in Riyadh city, then the Hanakia electronic auction, which offers a property in Hanakia governorate, then the Tilal electronic auction, which is held on 12 properties in Hafar Al Batin governorate, then the Al Hurra electronic auction, which is held on 11 properties in Al Qurayyat governorate, then the Taif Oasis electronic auction, which offers seven properties in the city of Taif, and then the Najd Al Adiyah electronic auction, which offers seven properties in the Riyadh region.
The Assignment and Liquidation Center (Enforcement) is an independent government center and one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program within the Kingdom's Vision 2030, where it works to assign liquidation and sale activities to technically competent facilities from the private sector, and to supervise the liquidation of assets from real estate, movables or estates assigned by the judicial authorities, the private sector and individuals, in order to accelerate the recovery of rights and achieve beneficiary satisfaction.

In Enforcement is an independent government center, and one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program within the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
