They begin with the "Arous Al-Masaif" online auction, which offers ten properties located in the city of Taif, followed by the Northern Kingdom online auction, which features ten properties located in the Northern Border Province and Al-Jawf; then the Gold in-person auction, which features 16 properties in Riyadh; followed by the Rania Cloud online auction, which features one property in Rania Governorate; followed by the "Al-Balad Al-Amin' in-person auction, featuring 15 properties in Makkah, and the 'Al-Ma’ali' in-person auction, featuring 23 properties in the city of Buraidah.

It is worth noting that the 'Enfaaz' Support and Liquidation Center is an independent government agency and one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. It works to delegate liquidation and sale activities to technically qualified private-sector entities, and supervising the liquidation of real estate and movable assets assigned to it by judicial authorities, the private sector, individuals, or private estates, thereby contributing to the expedited fulfillment of rights and the satisfaction of beneficiaries.
