Public Authority for Real Estate, the compliance of <a style="color: #ff0000;" href="https://amlak.net.Electronic Real Estate Platforms with real estate advertising controls and criteria for licensing and classifying electronic real estate platforms has seen a significant increase compared to the previous months or the same period in 2021, rising to 82% during November 2022.
The Authority worked on following up real estate advertisements that violate the regulations and standards and addressing them by modifying the content of the real estate advertisement in accordance with the real estate advertising regulations or by removing the real estate advertisement that violates the regulations, through field visits and applying the electronic survey plan for electronic real estate platforms; and social media platforms to preserve the rights of customers in the real estate market and enhance the quality and quality of real estate services.
It explained that it verifies the credibility of the advertisement and ensures that it is free from misinformation and the completeness of the information provided in it, such as specifying the purpose of the advertisement, the type of property, the name of the advertiser, the license number, the name of the city and the neighborhood, in addition to disclosing key data that helps the buyer or tenant to make their decision The size and description of the property, including its type, age, contents, any influential description such as the width of the street and its facade, disputes if any, mortgage or restriction that prevents disposal or utilization, any rights and obligations on the property and services related to it, and the means of communication with the advertiser.
