The number of rental deals in last November reached 142 thousand deals, in 16 cities covered by the rental index, covering all regions of the Kingdom, and the data of the tenth report of the index detailed that the number of residential rental contracts in it 110 thousand contracts, while commercial rental contracts approached 32 thousand contracts.
Residential rental deals
The top neighborhoods for the number of residential rental transactions in the cities with the highest number of rental transactions (Dhahrat Laban, Al Wurood, Tuwaiq) in Riyadh, Safa, Al Bawadi, Al Salama in Jeddah, Al Noor, Taiba, King Fahd Suburb in Dammam, Walid, Shawqiya, Rashidiya in Mecca, and Al Thaqba, Al Khobar North, and Al Khobar South) in Khobar.
Commercial lease deals
In commercial deals, the neighborhoods (Al Khaleej, Al Olaya, Tuwaiq) recorded the highest in Riyadh, Al Balad, Al Faisaliah, Al Hamra in Jeddah, Al Ghababa, Al Aridh, Al Defence in Madinah, the neighborhoods (Wali Al Covenant, Al Rashidiya, Al Naseem) in Makkah, and the neighborhoods (Al Anoud, Al Manar, Al Dawasir) in Dammam.
Ranking of cities in the rental index
Riyadh topped the tenth rental index report as the most documented city with more than 53 thousand deals, representing 37% of the total commercial and residential deals, followed by Jeddah with more than 33 thousand deals, then Dammam with nearly 9 thousand deals, then Mecca with more than 8,500 deals, Khobar with more than 8 thousand deals, while the rest of the cities recorded about 44 thousand residential and commercial deals.
