The Madinah Region Development Authority has called on owners of properties located within the designated area of King Salman’s project for the expansion of the Quba Mosque to vacate their properties and visit the Authority’s Property Management Department, bringing an updated copy of the property title deed, and a final settlement statement for electricity and water services, to complete the compensation payment procedures.
The Authority clarified that the disbursement of compensation for property expropriation within the scope of the expansion has begun, and set the first day of the upcoming month of Rajab as the date for disconnecting utilities from properties within the project’s geographic scope, in preparation for commencing demolition work to carry out the project, which aims to expand the mosque and its affiliated facilities to accommodate the largest number of worshippers.
