The Ministry of Justice the "Notification of Rights" service, through the judicial notification services at Najiz Portal Najiz.sa, which ensures and documents notification to the parties of the amount due for payment within a specified period.

The The Ministry in a statement, said that the "Exercise of Rights" notification service allows the service requester to notify the parties of the amount due so that they may make payment within the period specified by law, and in the event of non-payment, the service requester has the right to file a case in commercial court to claim their financial entitlements.

It clarified that the service targets companies, institutions, attorneys, and law firms, as well as individuals engaged in commercial transactions, with the aim of reducing the need for parties to financial transactions to resort to the courts and facilitating the notification process between the parties.

The Ministry of Justice that the service can be accessed by logging into the judicial notification services on the Najiz portal and selecting the delivery and payment method; the service was developed and is operated by Thiqah.
