The the General Authority for State Real Estate in Municipal Investment Forum “Opportunities” in its second edition, organized by Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, took place from January 24–26, 2023.
At its booth at the forum’s exhibition, the Authority showcased a range of investment opportunities available through the “Furs” platform, as well as a package of investment projects related to state-owned real estate, including projects to construct government headquarters in partnership with the private sector, meeting the government’s real estate needs, and its future projects in this regard, in addition to showcasing a range of e-services it provides to beneficiaries through the “Intifa” " platform for state real estate services.
The Authority also presents comprehensive information on its strategy regarding state-owned real estate—including its use, investment, and deployment for the benefit of promising development and economic projects in the Kingdom— and its contribution to programs aimed at achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, as well as its initiatives and pillars.
The Authority invited attendees to visit its booth at the forum, take advantage of its e-services, review the opportunities and projects it offers, and learn about its strategic plans and future projects related to state-owned real estate.
