Employee is the most important element of the expansion marketing mix
D.Mons Shujaa
It is no secret to anyone how important the employee is as he is the actual face of the establishment, whether commercial, non-profit service or other entities, and since the name Marketing Mix, which contains what is known as the 4P's, was launched in the 1960s, this concept has evolved during the last decade to what is known as <a style="color: #800000;" href="https://amlak. net.sa/27673/the 7P's, and our topic here is the most important element of those last three newly added elements, which is the service provider employees called (People).
The 7P's.
I fully agree with this effective and very important addition as the employee is the real face of the establishment and therefore whatever the commercial entity and its marketing department exerted from campaigns, marketing materials and even promotional offers, the most important and decisive element when completing the sales transaction is the employee providing the service, who has the task of representing the entity in front of the service or commodity buyer in the best way and must be very familiar with the product or service provided to customers and must be fully convinced of it to be able to convince customers in return. .
For example, if a mobile phone manufacturer conducts a campaign to promote its phones on electronic and other channels and when customers arrive at the exhibition headquarters, the employees (salesmen) are not knowledgeable and qualified to review the advantages and specifications of that phone, that campaign will not achieve the desired results, and here the importance of integrating all elements of the marketing mix is clear. @MounesShujaa Real estate finance and performance specialist
