The Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the company “Tahaluf,” a partnership between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones and Informa, a company specializing in the development, organization, promotion, and management of various events. The signing took place under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and in the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Minister, Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Badeer; the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Faisal bin Saud Al-Khamisi; and the CEO of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, Muteb Al-Qani.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Ministry by Dr. Nayef bin Daif Allah Al-Otaibi, General Supervisor of the General Directorate of Media and Public Relations, while Tahaluf was represented at the signing by Chris Spiller, Vice President of Cityscape Global.
The three-year agreement aims to foster cooperation between the two parties to organize the “Cityscape Global," which provides opportunities for investors, financiers, and real estate developers to grow their businesses and projects, as well as providing architects, urban planning experts, consultants, and representatives of investment agencies, economic agencies, and cities with the opportunity to discuss and follow up on the latest developments in the real estate sector and establish new partnerships at the local, regional, and global levels. Cityscape Global will also focus on providing opportunities for local, regional, and global companies to showcase their projects and services to visitors from around the world.
It is worth noting that this agreement builds on partnerships the Ministry has established with a number of local, regional, and international entities to develop the Kingdom’s real estate market in line with its size and rapid growth.
